RunFit4life offers coaching to runners of all abilities, whether your goal is to gain overall fitness or run a new PR. Coach Ceal will help you achieve your goals with a customized training plan that is based on your own personal abilities.
Tuesday evening runs will be varied and include tempo runs, interval and track work and some circuit training.
Each runner will be individually assessed and a specific training plan will be catered to meet your goals.

About Coach Ceal
Coach Ceal began running competitively in high school where she was undefeated in her high school career in the 300m hurdles. She was a two-time state champion, setting the state record in 1979. While running for the University of Florida, Coach Ceal decided to focus on the longer distances and was part of the SEC Championship track team and was named All SEC in the 5,000 meters. After attending UF, She went on to compete for team adidas for several years running road races throughout the U.S. She now coaches High School cross country and track and enjoys competing on the master’s level.

Coach Ceal has coached numerous state champions and top state finishers in both sprint and distance events including the 100 meter hurdles, 400m, 800m,1600m, 3200m and 5,000m. She has been named All Space Coast coach of the year seven times since 2004.
