Beach Circuit Training

Do you want to improve your running or just overall fitness? Beach circuit training is a fun and diverse way to improve overall conditioning.

We use medicine balls, resistance bands, kettle balls and ropes to strengthen and tone, with the beautiful backdrop of the ocean!

Thursday mornings (starting 1/07/2016)  6:30am-7:30am- Lori Wilson Park North

$10 per class or $50.00 for 6 sessions
