Training camp for all distances
Begins August 9 (12 weeks)

- All levels welcome, from beginning runners to experienced
- Individualized coaching
Weekly sessions include:
- Tuesday workout session
- Individual weekly training plan set for your personal paces and your race schedule
- Dynamic warmups/core exercises following.
Price: $120 for 12 weeks
Prior camp members can pay a $10 drop-in fee for workout days (this will not include a training plan)
