Begins August 9 (12 weeks)

  • All levels welcome, from beginning runners to experienced
  • Individualized coaching

Weekly sessions include:

  • Tuesday workout session
  • Individual weekly training plan set for your personal paces and your race schedule
  • Dynamic warmups/core exercises following.

Price: $120 for 12 weeks

Prior camp members can pay a $10 drop-in fee for workout days (this will not include a training plan)
